Accessibility statement

Accessibility is part of the product, not just an overlay.

SHOPPINGCLAW aims to make its public and operator-facing surfaces perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust for a broad range of users and assistive technologies. The accessibility controls on the site are optional convenience features and do not replace the underlying accessibility work.

Commitments

How accessibility is handled on the site.

  • Aim for WCAG 2.2 AA outcomes across the public site and operator-facing pages where practical.
  • Use semantic structure, keyboard support, readable contrast, focus states, and screen-reader-friendly labels as part of the product itself.
  • Treat the accessibility toolbar as a convenience layer, not as the primary compliance mechanism.
  • Review reported issues and prioritize fixes that block people from perceiving, operating, understanding, or navigating the site.
