MPP / HTTP 402 payments

MPP-style HTTP 402 payments let a resource server signal that access requires payment. The client handles payment externally, retries the request, and gets back the paid result with a receipt.

It shows why trust still matters even when payment is programmable. A buyer agent still needs readable identity, terms, and operator-governed trust posture before it pays another agent.
